Adolf works with IT and business leaders to help enhance the value of M&A transactions and digital transformations.

He has extensive global experience leading business transformations within mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, with a focus on IT strategy and execution. He also has experience managing geographically dispersed teams and delivering operational change.

Adolf’s work covers the entire M&A lifecycle (diligence, pre-close and post-close transformation). He has advised both corporate and private equity clients in multiple sectors, including life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products and retail.

Adolf is committed to giving back to Philadelphia, where he sits on the board of two nonprofit organizations focused on driving equity: Rebuilding Together Philadelphia and the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.

He earned a BS in Management Information Systems from Drexel University.
