Ashley is a seasoned leader with extensive experience advising CEOs and executive teams through significant growth and disruption, and on their most strategic mandates. She heads the EY-Parthenon office in Philadelphia and serves as a CEO advisor within our Center for Executive Leadership.
Ashley leads enterprise growth strategy and transformation efforts across consumer-facing sectors, including Consumer Products & Retail and Financial Services. She has advised clients across several of the world’s largest brands and has worked in North America, Europe and Asia.
Prior to Ernst & Young LLP, Ashley was Senior Managing Director at a CEO advisory firm where she led the consulting practice in North America and served on the global leadership team. Previously, she led M&A strategy and integration, and digital transformation for financial services with another large consulting firm.
She received her degrees from The Wharton School and the Nursing School, both at The University of Pennsylvania.
