As the Americas Assurance Transformation Leader, Mike leads our integrated strategy to accelerate our business through technology, innovation and embracing a continuous improvement mindset to focus on quality execution across our practice.
Prior to his current role, Mike served as the Assurance Leader covering the Maryland, DC and Virginia markets, leading an Assurance practice of nearly 500 professionals.
Throughout his more than 28-year career, Mike has worked with a number of publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, government contracting, technology, media and entertainment. Mike has extensive experience in global audit coordination, SEC matters, capital market transactions, initial public offerings, business combinations and divestitures.
Mike graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a CPA in Virginia; Washington, DC; and Maryland.
How Mike is building a better working world
Mike is active in the Greater Washington community and currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Greater Washington Board of Trade. Additionally, Mike gives back to students at his alma mater by serving on the Board of Advisors for James Madison University’s College of Business.
