William is a partner in the EY-Parthenon Deal Technology practice at Ernst & Young LLP. As a former CIO who has driven transformational changes through integrations and carve-outs in the IT arena, William has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in IT business strategy and is a certified public accountant.

Within the Deal Technology practice, William serves as the Energy Sector Leader, working with business executives to help create and operationalize an efficient and effective organization, whether they are buying, selling or reshaping their companies.
