Mat leads the EY wavespaceTM team across EMEIA, working with the EY organization’s leadership in 20 country locations to improve the way EY wavespace creates and solves together, faster to answer complex challenges across our client’s organizations; from alignment around the problem, creation of the vision, mapping the solution and creation of accountability.
EY wavespace curates talent and technology, supported by data, diagnostic information and diverse teams, to drive collaborative and interactive workshops that deliver progress in shorter time periods and unlocks difficult problems.
Mat started his career in the healthcare sector, with an early career in the National Health Service, before moving into consulting.
He has an Honours degree in Management Sciences from the University of St. Andrews, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Marketer.
